Hey there, I'm Gabi Salas, the pen name behind those contemporary romance novels you've been swooning over. You know, the ones that make you feel all warm and fuzzy inside? Yeah, those are mine. And let me tell you, I am a firm believer that reading smut is feminist AF. Don't let anyone shame you for enjoying a little steamy scene between fictional characters.

So, here's the thing: I started writing my own novels because I was tired of the same old tropes featuring an overly confident man and an insecure woman. I mean, come on, can we get a little more real life reflected back in our stories? That's what I'm all about. Anxiety, overthinking, real bodies, accurate pleasure - that's the kind of stuff I like to write about.

I’m able to make all of this happen with the never-ending, next-level, kinda obnoxious support from my loving husband (who isn’t allowed to read my books 😜) and my daughter who happily sends me out the door for writing sessions because she knows she’ll get to watch more TMNT.

As for my work, you can currently find it exclusively on Kindle Vella, but the exciting news is that by the end of 2023, my books will be available in the real world. Yep, you heard that right. You'll be able to hold them in your hands, flip through the pages, and maybe even fan yourself during those steamy scenes.
